Description:
Brief / Context :
Design a communication tool for Hourdé, an art and design school, to support its presence at education fairs and attract prospective students.
Enjeu :
In a highly competitive environment, most schools rely on standardized brochures and similar communication formats, resulting in low differentiation and limited engagement from audiences.
Approach & Role :
I led the analysis of the competitive landscape and existing communication materials, identifying key gaps in both format and messaging. Based on these insights, I defined a creative direction focused on differentiation, engagement and longevity.
Concept :
Instead of a traditional brochure, I proposed a modular system designed as a set of posters, combining information delivery with a stronger visual and conceptual identity.
System & Execution :
The system consists of multiple posters gathered in a compact sleeve. Each poster communicates a key aspect of the school while contributing to a cohesive visual language.
An interactive element was introduced through a creative challenge, inviting users to reinterpret a central graphic component, reinforcing engagement and participation.
Impact :
The format stands out immediately in a crowded environment, increases audience interaction, and extends the lifespan of the communication beyond the event, as the posters are designed to be kept and reused. The project transforms a conventional brochure into an experiential and memorable communication system aligned with the school’s creative positioning.
